Extra virgin olive oil from organic olives of the typical and rare cultivars 'Tonda Iblea' and 'Moresca', grown in the territory of Ragusa, the heart of southeastern Sicily. The olives are harvested early to achieve the best qualitative result for the product. The oil is stored in steel silos under nitrogen and bottled after light filtration and natural decantation, to preserve its organoleptic qualities, nutritional values, and health benefits.
